Roles: Producer, Assistant Director, Editor, and Graphic Designer
As a Producer, I helped gather together a reliable crew, a talented cast, while managing the overall production from beginning to end.
As AD, I was the primary communication between Director and crew; I created the shooting schedule and made sure we stayed on track day to day.
As Editor, I crafted the raw footage into a coherent short film in all aspects: Sequencing, Color Grading, and Sound Design.
As Graphic Designer, I created the vinyl sticker and vinyl album cover used in the short film. I created all the promotional posters as well.
This vinyl cover design was inspired from other self-help meditation covers mixed with an 80’s vintage aesthetic. The colors were chosen by the Director, Azeneth, and the Set Designer, Kiara Mascorro.
I wanted the body to have a thermal glow, almost like the body is elevating into another sphere which I felt was par for the short film. The overall aesthetic feels harmless; I wanted it to look like the main character just happened to stumble on this at an old record store.
